Confirmation and Cancellation:

• Reservations are confirmed following receipt of the first night's room rental or when guaranteed to a major credit card.

• Guests will be charged for reservations cancelled with less than 7 days notice.

• Upon arrival, deposit is nonrefundable and you are responsible for the full balance of your confirmed stay.

• In case of an emergency cancellation, your credit card will be charged for the one night deposit and a gift certificate will be issued for a stay at another time.
