Reservations are confirmed following receipt of the first night's room rental or when guaranteed to a major credit card.

Guests will be charged for reservations cancelled with less than 7 days notice.

Upon arrival, deposit is nonrefundable and you are responsible for the full balance of your confirmed stay.

In case of an emergency cancellation, your credit card will be charged for the one night deposit and a gift certificate will be issued for a stay at another time.
